Meet Noa Gadot

I’ve spent the last 20 years inside organizations of every kind,
from global brands like Estée Lauder, where brand, strategy, and scale must move in lockstep to startups I built from the ground up, to nonprofits navigating growth, complexity, and change.

What connects all of them isn’t size or sector - it’s alignment.

I’ve been in rooms where the strategy was flawless and the brand was strong but something still felt off.


Not because the idea was wrong but because leadership, teams and message were no longer moving together. That gap between how things look on the outside and how they feel on the inside is where I’ve always paid attention.

I studied organizational consulting to understand the human and structural forces at play. I worked in and led marketing for global brands to learn how stories scale. And I have built companies myself to experience firsthand what it means to lead through uncertainty.

Today, I work with founders and leadership teams at moments of growth and transition helping them align their organization, their story, and their market so everyone is telling the same truth.
